Emily Lopez is a local baker, and cake decorator who began making cakes for her friends and family and before she knew it, she was receiving orders from others who admired her work. She started studying to be a historian and just finished her last semester, and is now taking a break to focus on her career as a decorator/blogger. In addition to baking up delcious desserts, Emily is a mom to four kids, and a pot-bellied pig.
She runs her cake decorating business from home in Apollo Beach and expanded from custom cakes to custom cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, and more. Her favorite technique is tracing characters onto fondant to make 2-d figures. Emily specializes in custom, One-Of-A-Kind cakes and treats and is committed to giving you a personalized and wonderfully delicious product.
